Meet Our Consultants

Melissa Horn is a Digital Organizer. She organizes the digital stuff that resides on your computer, phone or the Internet. She uses her tech savvy to help clients employ technology as a tool to manage the barrage of tasks and information we encounter every day.
Melissa has most recently worked as an Internet Marketing Consultant helping small businesses increase their presence on the web.
Melissa is a Native Houstonian who currently lives in Memorial with her husband and three kids. She is also an avid Mah Jongg player (the American version with tiles, not the computer game) who enjoys skiing and reading.

Kim Wood came from a banking background. A graduate from Baylor University, Kim’s 14 year career as a commercial loan officer required her to be highly detailed and organized. She continues to use her organizational skills in maintaining a balanced home and taking care of her family of five. On her first assignment, Kim helped me during the filming of the Kitchen Organization Segment for Channel 13's Sunday Extra Program. She is a natural at sharing her expertise with our clients. Kim loves helping people achieve visible results and reduce stress. |

Elaine Rogers fills a real need for many of our clients — that of an organizing assistant. Different from our consultants, Elaine goes in AFTER a consultant has taught our clients to set up their organizational systems. Many clients chose to maintain their own systems, but there are others who find that regular assistance, either weekly or monthly, is the way to go. She is invaluable in helping busy people stay on top of their filing, their data entry, even their important errands. Elaine has a degree in psychology from the University of Texas, but being an Aggie myself, I don’t hold that against her! |

Nancy Devlin comes from a sales and marketing background. She previously worked in industrial distribution and real estate. Time management and organization come naturally to her and she has always enjoyed listening, communicating, and relating to her clients. A real “people” person, Nancy loves helping our clients get their lives in order so they can spend their time on matters that are important to them. “Efficient home, efficient mind” is her motto. She can help you organize your home or small business. |

Nicole Theunissen joined the Efficient Living team with extensive healthcare marketing and sales experience, and an MBA. She now works full time as a teacher during the day. Juggling her many appointments and responsibilities in her career has provided an incredible opportunity for her to teach our clients how to do the same. Nicole has a knack for finding the right solution for a client’s specific need. She has a driving desire to free clients from clutter and allow them to fully enjoy their family life. Nicole is available to work with clients during the evenings and on weekends, as well as extended school holidays. |
